Improving process stability, safety, and operational performance
Vapour Desal Technologies supports waste-to-energy initiatives by introducing engineering rigour, process reliability, and safety improvements into pyrolysis operations.
Our work focuses on improving operational stability, emissions control, and recovery efficiency while aligning plant performance with evolving environmental and compliance expectations.
This project demonstrates how structured engineering practices can strengthen performance and reliability in a developing circular economy sector.
Systematic upgrades to plant safety systems and process controls
Environmental compliance and emissions control improvements
Recovery optimisation and throughput yield improvement
Compliance with evolving sustainability requirements
This project involved the modernisation of an existing batch tyre pyrolysis plant with a focus on improving safety, process stability, and operational efficiency. Engineering interventions were implemented to strengthen emissions management and improve overall plant reliability across all critical systems.
Maya Recyclage has also engaged Vapour Desal Technologies for the establishment of an advanced batch tyre pyrolysis plant— building on the engineering relationship established through this modernisation project.
This project demonstrates how structured engineering practices can enhance performance, safety, and operational reliability within pyrolysis operations.
Engineering improvements strengthen safety, efficiency, and reliability — supporting the transition toward structured and compliant circular resource recovery.
